We Purple Earthlings are avid seekers of powerhouse foods that help lay the foundation for vibrant, healthy lives. As we watched age and stress take a toll on our loved ones, and ourselves, our focus became foods that promote wellness, strength and longevity. We were already well versed in the benefits of nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich superfoods, but somewhere between chia seeds and broccoli sprouts, purple superfoods entered the conversation.
